Almond paste pastries are one of the best treats to accompany five o'clock tea. Decorated with candied almonds and cherries, these pastries are a real explosion of taste given by the presence of almonds and the essence of vanilla. Preparing them with the Thermomix is very fast, for this reason you can make your own almond paste pastries as often as you want.
How to make Thermomix almond paste pastries
Put the sugar in the jug: 30 sec turbo speed
Combine the peeled almonds from the hole in the lid with the blades moving at speed 7: 30 sec speed turbo
