"Traveling" on the web I ended up on a site where I found this beautiful tart, quick to make if you buy a roll of puff pastry. With some changes to the ingredients, I have prepared my version of this tart too, I hope you like it!
How to make apple tart with puff pastry
Roll out the puff pastry roll and cut a smaller circle inside it.
Transfer the latter into a mold with parchment paper and prick the surface with the prongs of a fork.
Spread a layer of jam.
Clean the apples and cut them into thin slices, without removing the peel.
Use the apple slices to coat the edge of the mold.
Put the leftover strips of puff pastry inside the mold, as in the photo.
Place the second row of apples on it.
Put the strips of puff pastry back on.
Alternate the apple slices with the puff pastry and finish with a puff pastry rose.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in the oven at 200 ° C for 25 minutes.
Your apple tart with puff pastry is ready to be brought to the table.
