Pan-fried cod fillets can be brought to the table in just 15 minutes! If you are very late and you do not know what to prepare, this recipe comes to your rescue without losing the taste of a good second dish of fish.
Prepare the cod fillets in a pan by flouring them and blending them with white wine before making them even more tasty with chopped green olives and parsley. An easy, quick but above all tasty recipe, as long as you like cod;)

How to make cod fillets in a pan
Flour the fillets on both sides in a dish with flour mixed with a pinch of salt.
Brown a clove of garlic in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Then add the fish fillets and brown them on both sides
Meanwhile, start chopping the olives with the parsley in a mixer.
Deglaze the fillets with the white wine and then add the chopped olives and parsley.
Cook for about 10 minutes.
Your pan-fried cod fillets are ready to be served.
