COS Spinach (Onion - Eggs - Salmon)

Although I am not a good friend of cooked spinach, in this recipe, it harmoniously complements the taste of this dish.

  • 2 eggs
  • 30 grams of smoked salmon
  • 20 grams of spinach
  • 1/4 finely chopped red onion
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Servings: 1

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

PREPARATION METHOD Spinach COS (Onion-Eggs-Salmon):

Beat the eggs with a little pepper and pour into a pan with a little olive oil heated over medium to low heat. Leave for a few seconds until the base begins to become firm. Add the salmon and onion, and with a spatula wrap the salmon in the egg, stirring gently. Add the spinach and cook until softened.
