- 1 vanilla sugar
- 30 gr cocoa

Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and grind them well with a wooden rolling pin. Put them in a bowl over which we add the coffee and leave for 10 minutes.
Mascarpone, vanilla sugar and amareto are beaten well with a whisk and then we put the cream over the cookie table. We form about 30 balls after which we roll them through cocoa.
