Fruit cake

Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Mix the egg whites with foam. Separately mix the yolks with the sugar until it melts, gradually add the compote, oil and baking powder. Pour over the egg whites and mix. Gradually add the flour in the rain and mix.

Prepare a tray with a removable ring, cover it with baking paper and turn the composition over. Put it in the oven until it passes the toothpick test. Then let it cool.

Mix the cream with the sugar until a consistent whipped cream results. Divide the composition into 3.

in one add the diced orange, dye and banana

In the 2nd we add the strawberries and the cherries from the compote (we remove the seeds from the cherries) and we leave the last one simple. We mix each one separately.

Refrigerate for 20 minutes

Cut the top into 2 slices.

In the tray in which I baked the cake, clean it well and place the first slice of countertop syruped with strawberry compote and on top we add simple whipped cream. Then we add the psychotics soaked in cherry compote and on top we add whipped cream with strawberries.

At the end we add the 2nd slice of cake top syruped with strawberry compote and on top the whipped cream with bananas but we leave a few spoons to decorate the edge of the cake.


Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to harden the whipped cream.

Remove from the refrigerator and remove the removable ring from the tray.

Garnish with the rest of the whipped cream with bananas on the edge, and on top with slices of orange, cherry compote and candies
