Cheese and raisin pie in rolls

In a bowl, mix the cheese with the eggs, salt, sour cream, sugar, vanilla and raisins until all the ingredients are homogeneous. (I soaked the raisins in hot water with a little vanilla essence.) Divide the cheese filling into 4.

Grease 4 sheets of pie, each with melted butter and pour from the cheese filling, then roll and put the roll in the pan greased with melted butter. We do this with the other pie sheets until we form 4 rolls, then we prick them with a fork from place to place.

For gratin: Beat eggs with sugar and milk and pour over the cheese rolls. Let it rest for 10 minutes, and in the meantime heat the oven.

Put the tray in the hot oven and it is ready until the pie is nicely browned on top.

The pie will swell a little, but when we take it out to cool it will leave it. Powder it with powdered sugar and serve cold, or if you last until the next day, when it is better! :)

In a bowl sift the flour, add the sugar, yeast and milk and then start kneading.

Then add salt and olive oil and knead for about 10 minutes

Cover the dough with cling film and a kitchen towel and leave to rise for 60 minutes.

In the meantime, we take care of both fillings

For cream cheese:

In a bowl put the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar and then mix well with a spatula until the 3 ingredients are incorporated.

We put the raisins in a small bowl to soak with a tablespoon of vanilla essence and 30ml of water.

For cocoa cream:

In a bowl put the ground walnuts, cocoa, sugar, rum essence and milk and then mix with a spatula until the composition is well homogenized.

Divide the dough in two and spread two sheets on the work table (1cm thick)

Grease each sheet with a little butter at room temperature

On one of the sheets we spread the cream cheese and then the raisins (after we drained them), and on the other sheet we spread the cream with walnuts and cocoa

Roll the sheets and then cut the rolls about 2-3 cm thick

We place each one in a tray lined with baking paper and leave them for 15 minutes, then grease them with beaten egg and put them in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

How to make pie syrup

Put in a saucepan water, sugar, orange juice, orange peel, sliced ​​orange and cinnamon. We boil everything.

After removing the pie from the oven, while it is still hot, we can syrup the pie. You can strain the syrup if you want, but I preferred to leave the orange peel.

From each sheet I made two rolls, I rolled the side with the filling to the middle, I cut parallel to the roll and I placed the pie obtained in the tray on baking paper, then I did the same with the remaining half. I spread the pumpkin filling- o on the entire surface of the sheet, then I rolled the same way, helping myself to the table:
